230.000 mts bare steel pipes for ICHTHYS LNG

CBC has successfully contracted the ocean transport of abt. 230.000 mts bare steel pipes

The Itchys Field is located in the Brouwse Basin off the Western Australian coast and has resources of approximately
well over 12 trillion cubic feet of Gas and more than 520 million barrells of high value condensate.

The Itchys project is presently still under construction, but when finalized it will consist of two LNG Trains with a 
capacity to produce over 8 million tonnes of LNG per annum amongst other products.
 
CBC has successfully contracted the ocean transport of abt. 230.000 mts bare steel pipes from Bremen (Germany) to 
Kabil (Indonesia), where the pipes will be coated before they will reach their final detstination.

The total amount was shipped in 6 lots on Handymax/Supramax tonnage between July 2012 and March 2013. 
 
The planning, perfomance and corresponding execution of this CoA was of outmost importance in order to meet relevant 
delivery schedules from the pipe mill in Germany to the coating yard in Indonesia.
